The Business Inn & Suites

Stayed here with my sister and 2 kids for a long weekend. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The decor is definitely outdated and i saw bangs and scratches on the walls, however the cleanliness was 10/10. Our room was large and spacious with a full kitchen, computer desk and printer. I enjoyed the amenities even if they are older. Breakfast was free which the kids enjoyed. The location is perfect as it's 1 block away from city hall, uottawa, and many family activities. Overall at this hotel you get what you pay for. A clean friendly place to stay on a budget. I am happy and satisfied with my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to someone else.

Great stay! I wish I had known about the Business Inn when I used to travel to Ottawa for work. During a vacation in early October, our group of seven friends in four rooms had a great 5 night stay at the Business Inn. While the building is a little bit dated, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable, and the staff is excellent. The large dining tables allowed us to pick up food each night from one of the many nearby restaurants, and eat together in one of our rooms (almost like being at home!). The hotel location is very good, within walking distance of most of the sights we wanted to see. It was nice to have a business centre in the room, plus a gym and free laundry service. And in contrast to complimentary breakfasts at other hotels, which generally seem like an inconvenience they feel obligated to put on, the breakfast at the Business Inn was great, with many food choices. Perhaps the only suggestion I have for improvement is that it would be nice if each room had a safe. Thanks, and we will be back if ever in Ottawa again.

An excellent hotel in Ottawa. Centrally located. All sights can be reached on foot. The suite is great and equipped with everything you need. Very good beds. Very positive: Rich, good breakfast and free washing machines and dryers. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendly staff and especially Peter, who helped us very patiently and for a long time with a problem with the rental car. An absolute recommendation for this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Business Inn & Suites for two nights, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the experience. From the moment I stepped into the suite, I was struck by the cleanliness and freshness of the space. The suite itself was incredibly spacious, with a large living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom that provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. One of the standout features for me was the large TV with a full cable package, perfect for unwinding in the evening. The addition of a computer and printer in the room was a thoughtful touch, making it easy to handle any work-related tasks without leaving the comfort of the suite. The large dining/conference table was another great feature, ideal for both meals and catching up on work. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a delightful English breakfast that was both satisfying and a great start to the day. The fact that laundry facilities were provided free of charge was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The location of the inn couldn't be better—just a short walk to Parliament Hill and many other attractions, making it easy to explore the heart of the city. What truly made the stay memorable, though, was the staff. Every interaction I had with them was positive—they were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. Overall, my stay at The Business Inn & Suites exceeded my expectations in every way. I look forward to returning for a vacation in the near future. Highly recommended!

Really decent place. It's a little confusing trying to get to breakfast from our room. It'd be nice if they put better signage around the place to make it easier for old folk like me to figure out where i was going . Washers and dryers available to use, which was great. They had a lot of little extras that i really liked. I know it says 3 star hotel, but I'd say it should be rated higher. I'd easily stay again. Oh yeah, 2 TVs and a computer in the room.
