Initially, I was impressed with the prompt responses from the customer service team. They were quick to engage and seemed eager to assist. However, as my case progressed, their communication became increasingly sparse. The once attentive service turned perfunctory, leaving me with the impression that my concerns were no longer a priority. Despite assurances that they would liaise with Marugame to resolve my issue, there was no evidence of any follow-through. Despite promises of a reach out I never heard from Marugame - not sure if the fault is entirely on Marugame...or if Thanx was simply trying to placate me without any actual follow up action. It was disheartening to witness such a promising start dwindle into what felt like a complete avoidance of my situation. In short, while the company showed potential for excellent customer service, the lack of consistent follow-up and the failure to maintain communication standards have left me disappointed. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique, prompting a reevaluation of their customer engagement approach.

Their website is difficult to use, if you add a credit card, they will not include it unless you notice you aren't getting rewards and then have to go through the hassle of contacting them and play back and forth, their website is not user friendly and it is very hard to track back orders, etc. If you use a gift card and your credit card, you will not get any credit, regardless of your credit card charge amount. The will add restaurants and businesses to your account , but offer no email or means of contact to remove accounts. Yes, we sometimes get our $5, but the amount of hassle is tremendous.

App is easy to use. Only problem I’ve had: only 2 restaurants in my small town are affiliated with Thanx.
