Team Velocity

I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my ad account that they used to manage for the past two weeks, and I have to say, the support from Team Velocity is almost nonexistent. Despite numerous calls, I’ve only managed to get someone on the phone once. They promised a callback, which I never received. I was a customer years ago, I thought they would have fixed their support issues by now. But it is still the same bad experience unfortunately.

Working with Team Velocity has been an absolute pleasure. From my initial meetings with their sales team to going through our website launch, the customer service has been out of this world.
