I had a recent encounter with TMB - Sungold Tracy, I was planning on purchasing a home but unfortunately due to some unforeseen events it didn't work out, however i would like to mention my experience ended up being good. I learnt a lot abt their CEO - Miss Palmer and she is a great woman with amazing values. VP of Sales - Miss Lee is good and professional and handled my case fairly. I recommend Marth Bunch - Community Sales Manager, she is very professional and a great lady to work with. TMB - model homes and plans are beautiful. Priyanka Pk
