I had a disappointing experience with the HR team. They seemed unable to understand my skill set and attempted to negotiate the salary expectations that were already discussed. Nidhi Shah, in particular, appeared inexperienced in communicating effectively with candidates.

Great place to work and learn new things... I just join here before 1 month of this comment but I didn't feel pressurise yet...Friendly work culture.. Everyone ready to help and guidance if there is any problem.

One of the wrost experience. They have just wasted my 6 hrs while appearing in their 5 rounds of interview. The HR Aastha will make sure that you devote all your time completing their so called assignments and when you clear all the rounds they are just gone and feels like You were talking to some ghost earlier. They even don't have time to revet on your email and say that we will be not be moving forward with your application. Dear Tatvic team if you don't like any candidate please say no after the first round itself instead of wasting your and others time conducting useless rounds.
