I personally will not recommend anyone to join this company. Not at all employee friendly policies. For example - When a person staying in Ahmedabad location has to travel so long to Gandhinagar and then they have those restrictions for work location (Garima park & Gift city) like if employee is working on xyz project based in gift city he/she can't work in Garima park office neither can avail cab facility from that location. I mean if the person is trying to save some of his earrings by travelling less Kms why does company has objection. Not everybody will plan to stay in Gandhinagar while working in TCS. I just want to say that being such a big organization they should really think on real time challenges people suffering with their policy. There are many big companies but when it becomes employee friendly then only the attrition rate is maintained. There is not std policy for giving promotion they just keep on bluffing one and give excuses. It shows Doing hard work will never pay off in TCS. Every manager has there own excuses and rules for giving promotion. Such a Big name of TATA but this place is not at all employee friendly.

Oversmart incompetent staff is more worried about who comes in which cabs and who looks how much better than the rest. They want senior engineers to be coming to offices in buses and trouble people who know how to be good at their jobs. A fresher with basic vocabulary becomes an HR and a consultant, but a person with extreme high competencies needs to “struggle” and put “efforts”.

People are helpful and the location is very safe for girls at night. Excellent infrastructure. This location host lot's of activity like Zumba which was always fun.

I had my ILP training in TCS GANDHINAGAR. It is such a wonderful place i would say. Slight problem for all the non vegetarians might occur since proper non vegetarian foods are not available. But stil.. the campus is huge with enough greenery all around. they offer very good canteen food.. i used to love their aloo paratha , tandoori roti, various paneer dishes the most. Amul shop will surely attract your attention so dont miss it out😂 talking about the people in the gandhinagar office, trust me they are wonderful,they are easily reachable and very polite, you can alwayz reach out to people whenever you face certain difficulties.. they will always be there to help you around.. but they are a little strict about your attitude and dress code so better be careful about it. Bus services were provided for the employess as well. Peacocks can pay u visit very often so dont u wrry. You would love to enjoy the scene of them dancing. You would love the scene from the top floor of the office as well. Even you get a doctor facility as well in case of any medical emergency.. the green nature or gifts of the mother earth are surely going to captivate you. Till the time you are there for trsining do enjoy every bit. Snd if your work location is there only then you are a lucky one indeed.
