I was a traveler and didn’t expect this delivery because it’s my short trip in US. After being admitted for a natural delivery, the situation unexpectedly required even a cesarean section. This was due to my high blood pressure in the last month of pregnancy, which made induced labor difficult, and the baby was struggling. I am grateful to the nurses, Maggie and Marry (I can’t remember exactly, the last night nurse. She had glasses on her head. She gave me injections slowly from my requests), who provided kind and meticulous care over the three days. I also thank Dr. Oliver for his concern about our health after the birth. My baby and I have been discharged and are recovering well, thanks to the doctors. I am grateful to everyone who was part of this precious encounter with my baby. *One nurse, who came to the surgery room with me.. I don’t know the standard of nurse’s attitude in US but she made me afraid and complicated. In comparison with others, she didn’t consider me.. even it was the first delivery and surgery for me.

I was really impressed with the service and attention I received during my stay at ER . All three doctors were very professional, friendly and explaining everything in detail. The nursing staff and other crews were very friendly and made me feel at home. Your luxurious room upstairs was very comfortable and extra room for the visitors. They all went extra mile, and I thank Allah too for providing me all during my very difficult time.

Overall it was very good experience. The nurses were very attentive, polite, and tended to my needs. Same with the patient care associates. The doctors were very conscientious about staying in touch with me every morning and my surgeon actually came in Saturday morning to speak with me very early in the morning even those that she was not on call and not working that day. I can't think of any adverse things that happened while I was there and overall it was a good experience. Actually was much better than I've experienced in the past.

Came into ER with heart issues. Was received within 10 minutes, triaged and treated right away. Staff and medical professionals were all friendly, thorough and efficient. Took time to get testing results, but was nessesary to better evaluate me. Admitted overnight for evaluation and all staff on cardiac care floor were also very good. Everyone explained everything that was going on and allowed me comfort and rest. They closely monitored me and luckily did not require further treatment. I was so impressed with everyone that took care of me. Really helped to reduce my anxiety levels. For heart issues, I would not go anywhere else.

It was a good experience. Everyone at the hospital that I came into connect with, was so friendly and helpful. Everyone made my stay there even enjoyable! My room on the third floor was very clean and comfortable. The nurses and techs were outstanding and went above and beyond their call of duty! Everyone had a smile on their face every day! 😊
