I first dealt with Blaithín back in 2023 after being made redundant. I have subsequently gotten to know Morgan. All I can say is that in 15 years of dealing with recruiters and agencies, I have never come across one like TalentHub. Job hunting is stressful at the best of times, but I was kept in the loop at all stages by Blaithin and more importantly, never pushed or pressured to sign for the employers sake. I always felt like what was best for me was being factored in too. I would have no hesitation recommending TalentHub to either candidates or employers. It's seldom you can say a recruiter really has your back and will stick with you through thick and thin. Bláithín MacHale is an absolute credit to Talent Hub and the recruitment industry as a whole. She approached me about a role, I got through all rounds of interviews with her coaching and was the top candidate in the end thanks to her but the company had a change and didn’t hire anyone. She kept at it and got me other opportunities one of which I landed. But the biggest thing I would say to explain how well she coached me and briefed me on the first company is that they came back to me after the change in the company settled down almost 6 months later and gave me the job. I would always be a confident candidate but I really have to credit Bláithín with getting me over the line. She was always so happy on our calls and really does have your best interest in mind. She has even up until a couple of weeks ago text me to check how I’m getting on, and I’ve been in the job nearly 6 months. I would absolutely recommend Talent Hub for recruitment queries and if you have the option definitely ask to be paired with Bláithín. I can’t say it enough but thanks again Bláithín, I owe you a lot!
