T-Hub

T-Hub has significantly impacted the startup ecosystem by providing over 2,000 national and international startups with access to technology, talent, mentors, customers, corporates, investors, and government agencies. The facility itself is a state-of-the-art space that encourages creativity and collaboration. The recent inauguration of T-Hub 2.0 in June 2022 has further expanded its capacity to support innovation. The infrastructure is designed to cater to the needs of startups, providing them with a conducive environment to develop and scale their ideas. In summary, T-Hub stands as a beacon of innovation and entrepreneurship in India, offering a comprehensive ecosystem that nurtures startups and fosters collaboration among various stakeholders.

This is one of the biggest technical hubs in Asia. Visiting here was one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever gained. The view from the top of this building is awesome.

TLDR: "An ugly place with bad management behind a beautiful facade." The building ambiance is really good and the startup ecosystem is great. But that's where this sweet facade ends. The basic maintenance is sub par over here. Behind all the glorification etc there are literally bad and stinky washrooms and sometimes literally the flushes don't work! I mean if you glorify your building so much at least keep your basics on track. In spite of complaining so many times it still persists. That's just the beginning, random coffee machine stoppages, extreme wait time for lifts as there are only 4 lifts to support this enormous budding startup ecosystem, only one dining area which is highly crowded, frequent hosting of huge events where outsiders crowd the place causing inconvenience to the people who are already working here. I mean it's not a wedding hall guys! Last year my bike got damaged due to someone's negligence, that's fine it's a mistake but the problem is the way management handles it. It took me several rounds to get the culprit information from them like a typical government office. On an another occurrence my colleague's helmet got stolen by some of the construction workers and my god the way they handled is so sloppy. Coming to Mr. Srinivas Taluka, VP T-Hub. When I took my concerns to him, your majesty literally said if people or I have problem with this building, I can find another place. Well that's a really good way to handle feedbacks from your own customers, king. No wonder why MNCs have such good infrastructure and admin, in the end this is a govt building and the administration will be likewise. Basically if you really need investors, stay here. Once you're set with your company just leave the place. PS: I'm not some random visitor to this building. I've been here working since 2+ years and the experience has been just downhill ever since, thus my opinion does hold some value. Attached several media files for your reference.
