Formal Complaint Regarding Order Delay and Poor Customer Service Dear Swiggy Support Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I recently received. On [ 09-12-2024], I placed an order through Swiggy, only to experience a series of unacceptable delays and unprofessional customer service interactions. Despite waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes, my order was not delivered. Attempts to contact the delivery partner were unsuccessful as he did not answer my calls. When I reached out to Swiggy customer care, I spoke with a representative named Harish. His response was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. He could not provide any commitment on when a new delivery partner would be assigned and even sarcastically suggested that I might have to wait until morning for my dinner. This kind of response is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of understanding and empathy towards the customer's plight. Moreover, Harish mentioned that there is no option to track the order after the allotted time period, which I believe is misleading. It is imperative for a service provider like Swiggy to ensure that customers can track their orders and receive timely updates, especially in cases of delays. To wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes only to be told that my food would not be delivered and that the order would be canceled is not only frustrating but also a form of harassment. This experience has severely undermined my trust in Swiggy. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue, including a full refund for the undelivered order and assurances that measures will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Additionally, I urge you to provide better training for your customer support staff to ensure they handle such situations with the necessary professionalism and empathy. I look forward to your immediate response and resolution of this matter.

Delivered rotten mutton from instamart. And not refunding back. We have ready faced this twice before. Why the hell you can't refund after delivering this rotten stuff? And you can't help. Fine then we should go to consumer forum for this harrasment.

Amount for item mentioned in Bill hard copy attached to delivery is not matching with the amount in Swiggy. Swiggy price is 10 to 30 rupees more per item. Approximately 100 rupees more in total. Even after adding swiggy voucher, Total amount will be more than restaurant bill. I have complained 3 times, each time customer support person says we will look into it and apologizes. Understand that swiggy will add up delivery charge and taxes etc. But here I am excluding those and comparing only item wise amount. Swiggy is looting customers.

The customer support assigned for delay in my order today was far from helpful - he was neither bothered to listen or do anything meaningful other than force down an order late bye 30+ minutes into my throat after multiple requests to cancel the order as I had noticed it getting delayed within 15 mins of my placing the order. But for some god damn reason Mr. Abhinandan Pandey chose to do their own will over resolving a customers genuine issue. Kudos team

Swiggy is good in scam... we ordered food and waiting...the delivery boy came near my apartment gate and he canceled immediately...without contacting me. But swiggy charged me cancellation charge of Rs.413 which is food order amount..which I need to pay in next order. Without getting our food... even we didn't cancel the order...its delivery boy... but they charged cancellation amount. Beware of this Zomato is far better...
