Their online site is terrible. Don't buy anything off of it. They took several weeks to fulfill my order, then they shipped me the wrong parts (sent incompatible Viking parts for my Pfaff). I contacted them and requested a return, they were supposed to email me a return label but I'm going on 2 more weeks waiting for that (and yes, I've been checking my spam folder) This has been a 6 week process, and I was excited for my new parts but now I'm just over it all and ready to file a chargeback on my credit card. This is honestly the worst customer service I've had in years, and it's surprising coming from a large company. Must have a lot of incompetent people working for Pfaff / Singer. Order #5292

DO NOT BUY A HUSQVARNA VIKING sewing machine. The return policy is a mere 10 days. I experienced mechanical problems at 60 days. Repair turn around is 3-4 weeks and not any machine mechanic can get parts only their authorized repair places, SO if your warranty is out expect to pay premium prices for repairs.

Definitely not a place you would stumble across accidentally. This is the headquarters for what used to be SVP Singer, he sewing machine maker. They have a very interesting collection of antique sewing machines off the reception area, as well as a display of machines currently being produced.

Good place to deliver easy dock to get in. You can park at the gate but if there is someone park before than you can’t park. There TA truck stop at the exit.

Great employees, amazing tech knowledge E, but their headquarters is definitely not for the public. Find a local dealer if you’re looking for a new machine.
