Surveysparrow customer reviews

We used this company for a number of years. We decided to cancel their service this year. Our card was automatically charged for the entire year already, and SurveySparrow refuses to refund us the unused months - instead they are offering us "store credit" despite us not wanting to proceed with their services. Not impressed.
