Surgically Clean Air

I’m just writing a quick note to let you know how happy I am with your product. Delivery was prompt and products were very well packed. The setup was straightforward. I was having trouble sleeping and not looking forward to the fires this summer. A friend recommended your product I‘m glad I took his advice. I haven’t slept this well for years.

After a site visit the rep recommended 2 machines and their placement. Filters did pick up some particles but zero effect on oder removal so very questionable if they were sufficient from a health and safety stand point. We end up moving to other solutions. Both units broke down shortly after warranty expired

The Jade is a phenomenal piece of engineering, the "freshness" this unit brings to a space is something I haven't experienced even with industry-leader IQair units. Friends of mine regularly comment on the air quality in my apartment, prior to knowing that I have a Jade. Highly recommended.
