First of all i have seen all the google reviews before joining this company. There are multiple negative reviews but once i joined this and it been 9 months i don't have any issue with management, with the policies also the seniors are very cooperative. The CEO is very friendly and calm nature also supportive and understand your all situations. So Advise to join this company if you really want to work then only.

The worst place to work in Ahmedabad. 1. they say 5 days working and call on saturdays. 2. They lie everywhere. Selected for interview, HR never called back. 3. They say they have 150+ employees. The real number is around 50-60, I guess. 4. Micro management at it's worst. They say, CEO wants puppets, not employees.

Organized and process driven company. If you really want to learn and grow this is the best company for you. They always value your contribution. Great company.
