SumTotal Systems

I wrote my Experience with Sumtotal Systems last Saturday i attend an interview at Sumtotal System..They start with Company briefing according to the experience wise they start the interview process. In my first round i had a discussion with one of the senior person that's a healthy conversation and he knows what he is asking. They forward me for second round. My second took by one lady..this is the worst interview ever i had in my life. She doesn't know what she is asking and she doesn't have any knowledge on sales and lead generation and lead farming. I asked one question to that lady about the targets of Lead Generation Consultant they expected 35 meetings per month. Is this a realistic figure in a general scene companies are working for 24 days without weekends . She doesn't have any commonsense. I have scene that's why i didn't mention her name. I dont why sumtotal playing games with candidates if they all ready decide to hire one or two persons then dont conduct interviews and dont wast the candidate time also. My advice to the company dont play games with candidates and dont place this type of stupid interviewers in the plan. I dont to they concider my points but guys be conscious to attend an interview in Sumtotal ..

Hr is very rude with people come for interviews. The way they speak isn't professional at all. They will take weeks to give update about interview.
