Subway

Today at 2:40 PM (31st August), this restaurant has committed an unforgivable crime. I ordered a Veg Cheese Melt Sandwich, but what did these careless people do? They made me a CHICKEN SANDWICH! I actually took a bite before realizing something was horribly wrong. This is beyond unacceptable. Staff members Suraj, Vishal (manager), and Nilesh clearly have no idea what they’re doing. The manager didn't even have the decency to call me back after this disaster. When I called to complain, Gulshan, another employee, casually said, "We’re sorry, it was a mistake." A MISTAKE? You’re in the business of making food—how can you mess up this badly? And don’t even try to excuse it as a rush hour mix-up—they didn’t have millions of orders to handle, just mine, and they still managed to ruin it. I will be raising a formal complaint about this. Vegetarians, take note: **DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.** It was one of my go to place but now it’s black listed. And some sorry is not at all acceptable.

It looks like a best place to go and get dinner lunch or breakfast with your mood I love this place to visit because there is a very good atmosphere and we feel like we are free from the world you can visit this place with your loved one so you can enjoy some memorable moments with each other one thing I have said bad about this place is the horn and noise coming from the road otherwise the place is very nice and you can visit here with multiple beautiful memories

Opens at 11:00 but can still be open at 10:30 if you are there in person. The Staff are always helpful and receptive and personally have never gotten my order wrong. The Subs are freshly cooked daily so you don’t have to worry about freshness, and the ingredients aren’t stocked too fully, so nothing goes stale.

Great Food as always , Cooperative staff and hygiene maintained Subway Outlet. It’s renovated recently . To try there new Subs!

The place is as good as any Subway. Ambience could be made more lively but overall the experience is good.

Very clean, very nice. However they do not honor any coupons or offers through the app. Which I think it's unfair because how are we supposed to know who...

Always phenomenal service! Kind employees and offer good size portions with free cookies when you order. Most importantly very clean.

The NYC subway is a convenient, safe, and affordable way to get around the city. It can be a bit confusing at first, with limited announcements for upcoming stops and no maps inside the trains, making it hard to know your location. However, after a few rides, it becomes much easier to navigate and incredibly useful. That said, it’s challenging for people with disabilities or parents with small children to access.

We used the subway for both getting to and from JFK airport and around New York during a recent trip. From JFK there is an Air-Train which goes to Jamaica station from where you can get the LIRR or Subway into New York. The Air-Train costs about £7 per trip which is paid at Jamaica Station by tapping on a reader on exit. The journey between KFK and Midtown takes about an hour. The subway is a convenient way to travel around NYC. Each trip (single) is about £2.80 and paid by tapping phone or credit card on entry, there is no need to 'tap out'. Prepaid cards are available but we didn't use them. Trains were frequent and the subway ranged from very quiet to packed but we never felt unsafe. Be aware that not every station has lifts or ramps but staff were always helpful.

It's always a challenge trying public transport in a new place but the New York Subway proved to be straightfoward and convenient to use. We were in New York for four days and so we bought seven-day cards and this proved to be a good idea and saved on cost even though we didn't use them for seven days. We used them to the hotel from the end of the LLIR from the airport. There's a long journey down to the Statue of Liberty boats, and generally backwards and forwards across the city. The trains seemed to come very frequently. There were some challenges in that some trains are "fast" trains and only have limited stops - they whiz through most stations. It's a bit of a guess if it stops at your station or not. We asked several people on platforms various questions about how things worked and the direction of trains and everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Oh - you need to know where you are to know whether you want to go "Up Town" or "Down Town" ;-) We alway felt ok travelling on the subway.

NYC subway offers you affordable and convenient options to travel through the city across its various boroughs. Lifeline.

We were appreciative of the staff that were available to assist with getting us to where we needed to go with children - in particular a stroller. Worth mentioning and giving a shout out is "Clemens" who we met at the stop for the Statute of Liberty (Battery Park). Not only did he walk out with us to show us what direction to go, he also explained the different options for payment and card types that we should use and where to purchase the cards. He went above and beyond by giving us his personal card just to show us the example of which card to buy...and it still had money on it! He really made out day. We met police officers who helped guide us as well. Our largest frustration was the lack of signage getting in and out of stations with. elevator locations. As a result we carried a stroller up and down MANY stairs that was an inconvenience at best that could be easily resolved with signage. Second largest frustration was the lack of explanation of what type of ticket to buy. The machines referred to the ticket types but many tourists (including us) were baffled at what that actually translated to on the purchase screen. The trains were fairly clean, very affordable, and efficient coming regularly and timely.
