This newly opened place has a long way to understand service industry. Recently i had the first & last experience at the salon which lacks skilled hair stylist and misinform customer on timing, service & pricing. They will mis-sell you offers & later modify the inclusions so that you overpay later on for additional services in mid way of your treatment. Quite a non transparent marketing gimmick. On raising your concern there is nobody to resolve your issue. Even the owner calls this as a franchise driven mandate to fool customers. I think being transparent is very important which they lack. So be very cautious while visiting. Or suggest visiting nearby salons with much better service.

This is newly opened family saloon in my locality.. I had visited this saloon bcos my regular saloon was shut for that day and I had an event planned so thought of exploring this new one. They have really good and polite staff. I wanted to do hair cut and styling and a party makeup. Initially I was little worried bcos I was so used to my regular one... However their service and skilled staffed made me comfortable and gave me best service. The owner her self does the make up and she was really good at it... At the end I was very happy with the service I received. I must say better than my regular one.

I have done here hair Cut, facial, Manicure & shampoo & Conditioning was a great Experience & very clean & Maintained salon. Good Staff behaviour & While they did Facials also care about your Safety (which cream suits on your face ect.). Must Visit Once and definately you like that services.

Nikita is best as far as bridal makeup is concerned. She makes you feel like a family and make sure you get the same look you manifested on your special day. Kudos to her talent. STUDIO 11 will give you impeccable experience for all salon services. Must visit for your next make over.

It was a wonderful experience.. The staff is also very cooperative. The best part about studio 11 @kalina is that they have exciting offers/discounts for both men's and women's It's a must try for people who love them self and want to keep them self stylish 😎
