I almost never leave reviews but I was so pleased and happy with my haircut that I need to credit Sam! I have been hair dresser hopping for YEARS and I finally found the place and the stylist that made me happy. Sam is absolutely amazing in her skill and I will definitely be going back to her. Although I don’t cut my hair very often i was really impressed and hope she will still be there when I eventually get a haircut again - it actually makes me want to go back sooner than I normally would. Thanks so much Sam - you are truly talented and the first person that has understood my hair ❤️

Was a great first time visit for me! Aristi was so wonderful! Listened to what I wanted and liked and made sure I was happy with my look and style. So gentle and smooth handling my hair with best tips coming from a professional hairdresser with a lot of years of experience! Great staff and such cozy salon. Love entrance area with snacks they offer. I’ll be back soon! Thank you!!

Beautiful atmosphere and smiles at the door, but none of that matters if there's Students Renting chairs. All I needed was a Bangs trim of my already styled hair. I asked the girl before she started if she could do this exact photo, and she said yes.. It's just a trim of my current style. Needless to say, that is not what happened. She cut off my hairstyle. Completely! And then insulted me as did the lady she called over because I wasn't happy about the fact that she cut off my hairstyle when I just needed a Bang trim. I'm so frustrated and devastated. I don't even want to come out of the house now. I think this strand isn't my kind of strand i'm looking for..🚫👎 Update: My better half knew how upset i've been since my previous experience. Being as wonderful as he is , he called the strand I'd spoken to them about my experience and disrespectful treatment. He was able to speak to the owner. And an appointment was made for me too.Repair the damage that was caused by going to the strand. I'm nervous about my appointment tomorrow, justifiably. But I promise you all I will update right after my appt. With The Strand Salon & spa. No worries, every or any one I will definitely update after my appointment with honesty and poise. Currently, I am that I'd go to again leave that salon looking worse than I entered. Once again, i'm putting my trust in them after already doing so with much regret. Appropriately I am Very apprehensive for my new appt.🤞🤞🤞 update: WOW I CANT BELIEVE IT After all those. Messages I'm saying they're gonna make it right. Apologizing promising that they'll make it right. Butchering my hairstyle right before the holidays. The owner Allison OR ALI.. Return to my call and said to find somewhere else to go. That I shouldn't have written a review on Google. 🙂‍↔️🤨 So because I warned potential clients That they're gonna have a similar experience possibly Somehow my freedom of speech is wrong? Hey i'm not the one that messed up a simple bang trim?! And they refuse to take responsibility. Nightmare never go there again. I showed the hairdresser, a picture of My hairstyle, I just needed a trim.I asked The hair dresser if she could do this and she said yes , while showing her the picture As she Shook her head yes. Never mind the facts that high left with my hair wet Even though my appointment was for hub , blow out and bang trim. If you? Ever left a hair salon with your hair Wet and your hair style And I recently paid a hundred dollars for what the strand completely cut off. And this is what ali the owner handles Business. Yes I'm a pissed And disappointed customer.

My hairdresser was Aristi and she was very professional and did an amazing job with my hair. Thank you for your work and all the tips you gave me for my hair care! Will come again.

My wife and I had the most wonderful experience here. What a fantastic group of people working here. So friendly, personable and incredible talented. We both had hair issues from our previous cuts and Dee gave my wife an excellent first cut to get it back to shape and Britney Marie did a similar amazing job fixing my last haircut disaster. Special thanks to Dee and Britney Marie and also to the owners for having created such a clean and wonderful workplace culture.

Today was my first visit to The Strand. Everyone was so friendly. Sam gave me a gorgeous cut and blowout. Everything was great from start to finish.

Had a balayage touch up with Julia after getting one done back in March with her. She did just as good, if not better than the first time!! Got so many...

I got married at Lakeview Pavilion this summer and did wedding hair/makeup at the Strand Salon for me and a few family members. I cannot recommend them...
