They just take money and don't send goods

The delivery service is pathetic. I have booked a office chair online on 1st June. It’s been 11 days the product is not delivered. I have received a mail saying it will be delivered up to 20 June. No one even cared to call me once and explain the delay. Frustrating experience. Highly unreliable.

Steelcase's Mumbai office isn't exactly a store; it's a combination of a corporate office and a demo area for the company's products. Interested clients can come and demo the products here and on occasion spend some time working out of the workspace.
