Worst bank ever. If there was an option I would give 0 rating. For a simple work also you will have to visit the branch 10 times. There is no customer satisfaction. Nothing. Never open an account here. Rather go to another bank. Worst branch

Awful service one needs to wait for at least one hour just to deposit cash may it be any amount. They have to counters for cash but never saw both functioning together . The passbook update system is always malfunctioning. No one there to guide you very rude behaviour from the employees. Gonna close my account soon .

It's a worst bank. Never recommend such bank. Counter number 2 person never does the work properly. For one work you will have to spend minimum 3 hours still your work won't be completed. Worst branch with worst employees

Very bad service, staff not co operative, The Br.Manager doesn't pick his mobile, I am An A/c holder since 2010.also my family have accounts there.please improve or I will close all our A/c's.there

They clearly paste a poster saying Soil, Mutilated notes, coins are exchange here, But when ask, they send to MIDC branch, they don’t accept even old notes and slight torn notes, Don’t know what type of bank is it? ,… everybody even shopkeeper say to go to Bank when old notes and torn notes are not acceptable. Especially Tanvi Kamble and Santosh Patil who are in the deposit counter doesn’t care their Customers,
