I am a Standard Chartered customer for more 30 years. They provide excellent services to customer. That's why I am using their credit card for more than 30 years. However in recent past their approaches is not at all professional. As such for information, the card I using for years had a credit limit of Rs 94000/--. All on a sudden one day I found my transaction had failed. During enquiry they informed that they reduced it based on my monthly expenditure. Limit was reduced from Rs 94000 to Rs 65000/- .Then after one month again they reduced card limit from Rs 65000 to Rs 10000/- Again I raised the issue and they told reduction has made based on my expenditure. Except one occasion, I have never a default in making payment of card dues. That too I just forgot to pay the same. Now I decided it is useless to keep a card with only Rs 10000 credit limit. So I have paid then all dues and asked them to inform me the process of surrender the cards. That too they are not informing. A callus attitude on their part.

I have been a Standard Chartered Bank's customer since 2012 and till date I'm always satisfied with their customer service, and how they treat their customers. Been to their Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) branch for my KYC, and the work was done within 15 minutes. The Customer Relationship Manager was humble and polite, and made the process smooth. Impolite staff. They talk politely only when they want business. The ladywho has kept a.big board front her May I help you is really very rude.so sulky face.They are supporting a fraudster who cheated me. Atleast Arzoo was ready to listen to me the bank manager was hid not ready to hear about the fraudster.
