If you want a peaceful property buying experience, square yards is not the choice. I had a horrible experience with them. Too many calls from the agents hounding me about the flats they want to sell. They won't take no for an answer! They debate with you on why you did not like the flats and why they think that it is the best choice. They even called from different numbers when i stopped picking their calls.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Interior Company by Square Yard. From start to finish, the entire process was a nightmare. First and foremost, they are completely unprofessional. The team showed up late (if at all) for every scheduled meeting and often ignored my calls and emails. Furthermore, they are liars and cheaters. They promised high-quality materials and craftsmanship, but what I received was shoddy work and substandard materials. When confronted, they made endless excuses and even tried to charge me extra for fixing their mistakes! This company is a total con. They lure you in with false promises and then deliver nothing but headaches and poor service. Save yourself the trouble and avoid at all costs. Trust me, you’ll thank yourself later. Please keep your apologies with yourself and I know you people are not sorry about anything. You people are not doing anything to sort this out.

Your CRM and customer care services need significant improvement. Your app currently allows spammers and scammers easy access, as they can simply take your number and feign interest in your property. Please ensure you're fully confident in the identity of the person you're engaging with. I believe the Square Yards team should address this issue promptly; otherwise, it risks becoming similar to OLX in this regard.
