Sprout Social

I made an account to see if they had the social media metrics my work was looking for. After identifying that they did not, I reached out via email to cancel my subscription (because they don't have a way to do it via their website). They proceeded to ask multiple questions and would not confirm to the cancelation until +5 emails later. That was two weeks ago, and today I come to find out they didn't cancel my account, never opened a ticket, and I was going to be charged $249 this week. I am now trying to chat with someone and they said the team will reach out in 48 hours before the cancellation... I would be very careful before signing up for this platform!

I've been a customer and raving fan of Sprout Social, Inc. for about seven years now (they had less than 100 employees at the time, today they have 500+). I've worked very closely over the years with their team - and they even wrote a case study about my company's social media work last year. This past week, I had a chance to check out their offices in Chicago and meet my reps in person. It was great to connect face to face after all this time. This company is awesome and I'm continually impressed by their customer care and knowledge of social media for business. Highly recommend.

Horrible. Simply horrible. The platform is unreliable at best, once a week we will have a post simply not go out for one reason or another. Reports are inaccurate, customer service is a joke, and to top it all off there is no way to get ahold of them if you need to speak to someone about a problem. Do not waste your time or money

I have been a sprout user for about 10 years. They are continuing to improve their platform and their customer service is unbelievable. Highly recommended
