Dr. Berry and Dr. Patel are so wonderful caring and very thorough. You can expect them to most likely figure out what's going with your health. I have been a patient for many years. Also the staff are super helpful and very friendly. Thank you Springfield clinic. I always know I am in good care at any of the facilities. It's nice that the doctor can explain things to me in terms I understand and make it easy to learn about your condition answering all your questions along the way plus some you may not even have thought of!! Couldn't ask for a better place!

Everyone was kind and courteous. My wait to see the audiologist was not long. I found my doctor Beth to be personable and knowledgeable. She talked and listened to me with attention and respect. Thank you and your staff.

I was treated very well, I was directed to where I needed yo go [ I went to the wring part]. Everyone was helpful and courteous. I didn't have to wait long. They took the time to hear my.concerns.

Disappointing Experience I recently visited Springfield Clinic and was sent texts messages asking me about my experience and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. It was very rushed throughout the entire visit. My concerns were dismissed, and my questions were met with defensiveness rather than understanding. The doctor seemed uninterested in addressing my queries and became agitated when I sought explanations for their recommendations. The lack of empathy and clear communication made me feel unheard. As a patient, I expect to be treated with kindness, respect, and transparency. Sadly, my experience at Springfield Clinic fell short of these expectations. I hope the office takes steps to improve their bedside manner and prioritize patient health and wellbeing.
