Springbot

This is such a great way to keep customers coming back and keep people interested in your brand. I worked with Nate setting up everything for my website. I started to see added revenue from all the work we had done together from the first day. The added traffic and return customers from all our work has been so great to see. Nate was so easy to work with. He explained every step very well. The whole platform is very easy to use and is intuitive. It did not take me long to figure out. Everyone on my team is very responsive, easy to work with and polite. I recommend Springbot to anyone with an e-commerce website.

My experience with Springbot has been great! I purchased the app about a month ago and I feel it has been a great investment. Paige, Lindsay, and the design team have been great to work with and have been super helpful with setting all the features up. I feel that Springbot truly cares about its clients and cares about making my business more successful.

I have been with Springbot for almost a year and would highly recommend the platform and service. Since I switched from Mailchimp, my email list has doubled, my open rates have improved and monthly sales have steadily increased. Out of the gate, there is absolutely work to do to get things set up and they don't sugar coat that. While much of the onboarding was smooth - we had a few obstacles to work through, and I'm thankful my Success Manager kept me up to date as we resolved anything that came up, and was proactive with her outreach and recommendations to get the most out of the platform.

We’ve been a Springbot customer for several years and utilise their services for a number of our larger ecommerce clients. They’ve all seen fantastic ROI and we’re happy to keep recommending their services to our own client bank and other ecommerce companies. Springbot is easy to use, intuitive and they are always open to feedback which is taken on board as their platform is always evolving and improving. The reporting is superb and helps to target your marketing more effectively, specifically the email campaign segmentation where we’ve seen greater results than we did with the previous email provider. The customer service from account managers (Marie, Andrea and Taylor) has always been spot on, through the initial onboarding process to discussing and analysing data to identify further potential gains. They have always been on hand and quick to respond when we have had the odd little issue… you couldn’t ask for more.

We have had an excellent experience with Springbot. For one, their customer service is awesome. Our account manager is wonderful, very responsive, provides great insight and ideas, and keeps us up to date frequently!! All the tools we use through Springbot (email marketing, social media ads, retargeting and more) are very easy to use and provide great metrics for us to track! Our email list has also increased by a lot since being with Springbot!
