Spring Meadow Nursery

Came here for an early morning delivery. They where fast and efficient. They are also washing out my trailer. It’s has taken and hour and half so far, but at least they are going above and beyond. No other place would do this for a truck driver, for free!

I ordered 128 cranberry plants that were supposed to be fruiting cranberries as recommended by the salesman. They turned out to be ornamental plants. Naturally I never noticed they were not producing for a couple years. What a waste of time and money. Time and money I don't have to buy new plants and stick them in the ground. Didn't even get much of an apology. Much less anything else. They have since reimbursed me for the plants. I appreciate that. The person I ordered from, no longer works there. Nothing to do with this botched order. Still sucks that I am out all of the planting and replanting. The plants were the cheap part.

Another lifeline to our business as they supply cold hardy shrubs that are well established. They are a growing company. We really miss TJ, who was our sales rep to start. Wishing him all the best. Best time to order plants is in the Spring. Winter plants will be dormant and some may not make it as we have learned. Its just a normal thing in the plant industry. Dormant plants look dead and you cannot really tell unless its growing season. Not their fault at all, its just part of the nursery business. Just recommend waiting until Spring to order... every time we have ordered Spring plants the trays have come full and beautiful. Check out the Japanese Hakuro nishiki, our favorite.
