I have read previous reviews about the company's interview process and feedback on Google, and they are accurate. A few months ago, I successfully completed all three rounds of interviews, but ultimately, I was not selected for the position. While I accept this outcome, I found the feedback provided to be unprofessional. This reflects poorly on the company's professionalism in selecting employees. Please don't say that I was never applied for the Job in your company.

This was a horrible experience. In the beginning, they seemed very professional, and promised to deliver a modern system following best practices. After 2 months, they made us pay for almost everything that was in the planned scope, claiming it was almost ready. However, when I finally received access to the system, I discovered that it was not functioning as they had told me, and it was a disaster. They went months beyond the original scope. Most features were missing, and the ones included did not work. There was no sign of QA. Once I conducted my own QA and discovered the bugs, SpaceO tried to charge me to fix the problems. They themselves wrote the scope of everything that would be done in the project. However, the professionals lacked the knowledge needed to develop software according to the scope and were not proactive in finding solutions.

This office is fantastic! The people here are friendly, and the work culture is something I truly value. Wishing them all the best, and I hope they continue to support their communities.
