I absolutely love this city hotel for the exceptional comfort they provide. Having stayed here over 30 times, it's clear how much I appreciate this place. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant waiters, to the poolside team - are always courteous, professional, and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring both a bathtub and a shower. I love the presentation and the taste of capuccino in the lobby 😋😍 My only minor observation is that, quite often, a double room will have just one spoon and one glass, even when two guests are staying. While room service promptly provides the required items when requested, I do find it a bit puzzling. Nonetheless, this doesn't take away from the overall outstanding experience this hotel consistently delivers! 👏

Unfortunately, I encountered several instances where I felt that the staff was unprofessional and rude her name is Lyka in the front desk. We called and ask to clean up our room but she said they can’t clean until we extend our stay wow.!I understand that customer service can sometimes be challenging, but the lack of courtesy and respect shown was surprising and upsetting. I chose your hotel because of its reputation for quality service, and I had expected a far more welcoming and respectful experience. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that future guests do not face similar issues.Thank you

The location is perfect close to all the attractions and there is a free shuttle bus to Yas attractions which takes only 30 minutes. The rooms, lobby and restaurant are very luxurious. All the staff members are very kind and professional. We had an issue with our reservation but all the shift managers handled the situation in a very professional and kind manner. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was a great hotel in Abu Dhabi. Room are quite neat and in order. Service was so exceptional. The location is perfect. It just one street away from Hamdan Street. I remember they do have a nice sports bar and steak restaurant(The Fondry I think). I could recommend this hotel to those whose are seeking for a 4-star hotel experience.

Surrounding is quite empty and without much to walk to. Good access and garage. Rooms are Spacious with shower and bathtub, look nice on the photos but at a bit run down in real. Low WiFi is a bit of a drag, but the rest is fine, but not prestigious. Restaurant is good, still need to try the top floor terrasse restaurant, but the best is the good service and kindness of the staff.
