Based on my experience I would not recommend this company if you want a fast result. Their excuse of dispatch problems etc.is not good enough if they can't cope with the demand they should stop advertising and accepting orders until they can process within the promised timescales. I have had to isolate for one week due to delivery via royal mail and then awaiting test results. I will not use them again and would not recommend. I appreciate it's Xmas but other people I know who have used other companies with priority collection boxes have had their tests turned around within 12 hours. Perhaps it's worth paying a bit more to get this service.

The worst service I have ever seen. We purchased 3 COVID test kits as for Day 2 tests. The test kits arrived on 4th day. This was the first problem, which they accused Royal Mail. However, it is Day 11 and we still haven't get one of the test results (for my son). I contacted them. They said they haven't got the sample. But, the royal mail shows delivered. How it is possible - we took all tests at the same time, dropped samples to the same Royal Mail box at the same time, but we only got two test results. Now instead of apologizing and helping to find the missing test sample, they are creating a new frustration and hassle. They request me now to purchase a new kit. Instead of 2 day self-isolation, why should I stay in self-isolation for 11 days and additionally wait for 4-5 days to take new test? Completely frustrated. Don't waste your money and put yourself under stress.

Superb service, completely exceeded my expectations. Test kit arrived the following day. Sample returned at 6.30pm, received by the lab at 11.40am & result in my inbox by 4.20pm same day giving me 2 without worry before my holiday. Would absolutely use again & recommend to others.

I'm starting to loose my patience with this Company - I Placed my order on the 06.12.202. Update E.O.B 14.12.2021 Still no PCR Tests have been received, No communication from the Company despite several emails that have been sent. £70 for two tests that have not been received is just not acceptable. I expect a full refund for the PCR Tests as you are not providing me with the service that was promised.

posted NYE, they would have received our pack in the post today (due to postal service being closed) - emailed me 11.43 am today to confirm they had received pack - 6.54 pm today had cert back to confirm results. I know they have said they are busy but top marks to them for getting the results out so quick, would use this service again, very impressed, New year holidays did not slow down the service.
