Extremely poor response...both technical and customer care. Returned a 20000 rupees earbud sennheiser momentum 3 true wireless for 3rd time due to exceptionally poor quality and service. The sonova people never respond...never give any update...are rude on phone call... and keep quoting their illogical and stupid company policy without any regard or empathy for the customer. They are frauds and totally unprofessional

Worst consumer support for a high end headphone company like Sennheiser. The staff aren’t even bothered to help other the phone. No reply to email since weeks. Can’t believe Sennheiser is doing business with such kind of companies.

Got a hearing aid for my husband in March 2024 after 2 days the receiver broke, it was replaced and exactly one month later it broke again.
