He took the time to explain features that I could use in order to build a more effective and efficient office. Very intuitive and easy to use, and our patients absolutely love being connected to us in a way not possible before. We are now able to send out professional, regularly scheduled newsletters easily. Our patients LOVE the appointment reminders they get - and they value being able to text us AND get text responses back! There are so many wonderful features, but bottom line: we are now able to connect and converse with our patients in a way that they are most familiar (mobile phones and email). To put it professionally, this company does not embody the values or honesty that they portray. We bought their product thinking it would be the next step to better communication with our patients. What we found is that their product does not accomplish what we were promised during the sales process. Our patients, staff, and businesses are suffering because they didn't fulfill their promises and we bought into a company that cannot deliver. We tried to work out these issues thinking they were hiccups during the transition but we learned that the product isnt as good as what they said. Once we learned the product isn't a fit for us, we asked about cancelation and what that process entails. We were not given straight answers on how to do this and then all of a sudden they cancelled our acct with no notice and have locked us out of all our communication platforms before we could transition to a product that meets our patients and staffs needs. We get that you don't like us cancelling, but don't drag our patients and staff through this. I highly recommend thinking twice before working with this company.
