DO NOT sign up for SnapRetail, they have no costumer service, I have tried to cancel subscription with them countless times and they begin to ignore me so I have no choice but to continue paying. To make matters worse, they have absolutely no option to opt out yourself either, the only thing you can change is your payment method. Absolutely ridiculous. This is a well thought out way to scam people of their money, if anyone knows how to get a hold of them please let me know.

I was having problems with customer emails being dropped every single week. This started happening in Dec. 2023. At first, someone was trying to figure out the problem, but by Feb. 2024 I could never get a hold of anyone at Snap Retail. I tried calling, emailing, chatting, emailing again, leaving messages, etc. and to this day have never received a call back. This was a great company which I used for many years. Don't know what happened, but I would never recommend anyone using their service.

Customer service is terrible! Functions on the website don't work, such as, "reports" feature is totally inaccurate, emails often don't post when scheduled & the "preview" function can take 10 hours to show up in your mail box. But still, no one addresses these issues.

WHEN WILL YOU RETURN A CUSTOMER’S MANY ATTEMPTS TO REACH YOU? WHEN WILL YOU FIX THE BROKEN LINK ON OUR HOME PAGE THAT HAS PREVENTED US FROM COLLECTING NEW NEWSLETTER RECIPIENTS … FOR MONTHS?!? WHEN WILL YOU GIVE US ACCESS TO OUR GOOGLE ANALYTICS? WHEN WERE YOU PLANNING TO CONVERT US TO GA4? ITS MORE THAN A YEAR OVERDUE. This company is a disgrace. I have worked with so many marketing/cms software companies over the past 25 yrs as a marketing manager. I have never encountered such a poorly managed company. No response at all. Nothing. Meanwhile, the basic services we are paying for have not been touched in at least six months, despite all my efforts. We are losing business as a result of this neglect. Please tell me what to do to get your attention

Signing with Snap Retail was the best idea I ever had! Their social media tools are simple to use and have saved me the expense of a virtual assistant. The marketing staff has been super-responsive and helped me get up and running. I can't recommend them highly enough!
