I have been working with software for over 30 years. In the past 4 the company I work for has taking a liking to this software. Let me tell you that it is an absolute customer service NIGHTMARE! Associates are rude, they never respond and nobody cares. I highly recommend that anyone who is thinking about using this software NOT. Work it out with excel because this company is nothing but a headache!

To be fair, SmartSheet outage updates occurred in regular time intervals on this July 31, 2019. However, with two significant outages in less than ten days, another service interruption during business hours would definitely open our project team up to consider Tier 1 providers instead. While I cannot make that decision, it is definitely a thought with four hours of lost productivity in a critical time for my corporate client.

I love using smart-sheet for my office but trying to get in touch with them to help with basic troubleshooting issues is very annoying. Customer service should be top priority to a business or brand especially when the customer is paying to use the service. They need to correct this issue and fast. You call the number provided and everything is automated , I personally hate those.

I have been a long-time Smartsheet user and use it with all my customers. I love Smartsheet software and its mobile app capabilities. My main complaint with Samartsheet is that its associates seem to have no idea how to help us. We started to integrate Smartsheet into our business model and spent over 30k with Smartsheet from sales to delivery to our customers. This is where it would get frustrating - handoff from associate to Smartsheet associate. One day their "new associate" would be helping us, and the next day we would have another associate and on and on. We would spend days/weeks working with our assigned associate and explaining our business model, providing all the details needed to create a sheet that would roll into a calendar and schedule our teams. We would hop on our next scheduled call with our Smartsheet associate and come to find out that they no longer work there. Then I would have to start the process all over-explaining and bringing this new so-called technical specialist up to speed. I ended becoming the expert and building the entire system through trial and error. Simply put, the Smartsheet associates have no real-world skillsets and how to ask the right questions needed to move our project along. My suggestion to Smartsheet would be to change their lousy hiring practices and hire people with fundamental skillsets that can be tethered together with real-world solutions. Hire a manufacturing manager, project engineer, welder, and maintenance tech who knows all the insides of those business models.

The worst custom service I've experienced. Ive had issues with my log in for over a week and the numbers provided go to voicemail and nobody responds to the online support desk!
