Great app, great variety of jobs and very responsive customer support. It's also nice that they don't force you to do background check every year in order to use the app.

Great website for finding a nanny! We used sittercity this time to find a nanny for our toddler and we've had her for about 3 months. Sittercity helped us find the best match for our family by allowing us to filter through the thousands of applicants to find exactly who we wanted. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the app is not user friendly at all. We ended up on the website mostly which has all the details we needed to find our nanny. The app is super limited. Also very fast response from support center in regards to a charge issue! Thank you! Would recommend. Addendum: just saw that I posted this awhile ago and have to change from 4 stars to 1 star. This is a horrible company who preys on people. My account was being charged for over a year and I wasn't alerted to the charges. I had no idea. They didn't even send an email that they were going to charge me. I reported them to the BBB and there were lots of similar reviews about this on there. I got charged over $700 and didn't even use the app for over a year. They wouldn't refund me money.

As a nanny this site is ok for looking for jobs until finding out parents are able to leave fake/false reviews under any profile after only a message is sent. Sittercity says they cannot remove a review and tells us to ask the parent nicely to remove it. Thats RIDICULOUS

Incredible customer service! I had accidentally kept my membership going even if I no longer needed the service and I had not been using it for several months. I emailed requesting cancellation and inquiring about a refund and the teen at Sittercity just processed the refund with no further questions asked, and immediately. Rarely do we experience this level of customer services don’t we? I shall also say that when I was using the service I found it very well designed and valuable!

The customer service is good. It would be nice if they offered unlimited background checks for a monthly fee. I also had to try 3 different browsers and two different devices before I was able to enter my credit card info to sign up. I'm finally in, so we'll see how things go from here.
