Simcha Island

We visited today with family and found it to be mismanaged despite not crowded.l, however we enjoyed well. At 11:00 am most of the activities don't start so not good if you are time punctual. Paint ball was pathetic. They asked at 11:30 to come after 1 and when we reached at 1 they said it's only for some package. After pushing them they allowed, but the quality of balls were too bad and not enough balls were provide Also only 10% balls were dissolved into colors. Some of the go carts were also not upto the mark. I would recommend this as just average place.

When we entered and began our activities we felt it wasn't up to satisfaction according to money but we had the best time inside the trampoline along with our 15 family members. They have a variety of activities but not all the activities are available. The paintball was closed when we visited. All the helmets,gloves, and socks were extremely dirty. Throughout the day they will put on the music so so loud that you can't even chitchat in normal voice with the person next to you . They should keep a loud music zone separate n create a pleasant environment in the adventure zone with low volume music .

Decent place for kids, but no one takes responsibility if anyone is injured. My 6 year old son got injured while riding one of the swings as the equipment was broken and to my surprise there was no one from the simcha team around to monitor whether the equipment’s are working fine or not. Don’t want to exaggerate it as it can be one off incidents but disappointed that the team is not proactive enough to identify and fix/remove the broken equipment’s. To sympathise with and console us the management offered us a car ride to hospital. Wow!! Pros- 1. Ideal for kids day out and kids group activities Cons- 1. Price is slightly on the higher side as compared to the rides. Certainly good option for day out but not value for money. 2. Many rides and games are not covered in the ticket, which they have informed us before, but what’s the point of purchasing the high priced tickets if the good rides and games are not covered. 3. The entry ticket of re 350 is a must which I think is money extorting task. What if a parent only want the rides for their children.

The ticket booking process is too complicated and takes a lot of time. The managers do not have exact clarity on ride rules / timings / prices. So not a great experience.

Don't go this place.they will charge in package at the counter and after you go in most of the games or places are not working and they will say it is just got repaired...full of money waste.. if you want to visit first go and check what all the games are in service then choose and then pay for it,but it will not happen because they will not allow us unless and until we don't buy any kind of packages..also you need to wait long for atv,go cart..as they have only just 2-3 vehicles in which only one or two will be working ,and to take that ride ,you need wait for long.. Moral: waste your money and time to enjoy the utter waste property..
