I’m one of the apartment owners that regretfully partnered with this company. From an owner perspective the experience I had with them is horrible. They were always late with payment, always delaying and making up excuses not respecting the contract. After I decided to terminate the contract and gave them 2 months notice they pretended they didn’t see my email even after I reminded them multiple times that notice period is coming to an end. I had to go through a lot of trouble and postpone personal things to be able to focus on recovering my apartment from them, and only then after so many lies (you wouldn’t even imagine how creative they are) I got my apartment back after further delay. The apartment was returned in a really bad condition and till today they haven’t sorted basic issues to return the apartment the way it was given (deep cleaning, painting, appliance damage, pest control, other minor damages etc.) What’s even worse the remaining rent for August and September was paid yesterday on 07Dec(3 months late), after many calls, texts, emails nothing helped, but looks like making this review did the trick. (They asked me to remove it, because they paid now) Overall horrible experience, I was planning to seek justice with authorities, and go through the trouble to recover my money, but now since they paid I only have to fix the mess and damage they left and move on. To everyone else I’d recommend don’t make same mistake I did, save your self of trouble and profit loss and avoid this company. They might appear nice in the first place but in my experience they proved very unprofessional.

I stayed with Silk Valley for 1 week during my trip to Dubai and honestly loved the service. The apartment was beautifully furnished with a wonderful view. The staff was very helpful during check-in and check-out and answered all of my questions. They even booked a dessert safari and Abu Dhabi tour for me. Highly recommend, would visit again.
