I have been trying and trying to get them to rectify my issues that I am having with their web sites with absolutely ZERO responses. Anyone up for a class action lawsuit? They will take your money but leave you in the cold when you have issues.

ZERO customer support. No phone support and don't even reply to their "customer service" email!! I have sent a half dozen emails going back over a week. ZERO responses. Not even a reply confirming that they were received. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. ZERO.

Abysmal customer service. The Silhouette Cameo 4 has a known issue. Many units are dying just outside the warranty period. The company is doing nothing to help customers with the issue. You can't even buy the part from them. If you do get an email from customer service it is apparent they are aware of the issue but they aren't willing to do anything to help.

I found a phone number, but before anyone gets excited, it's worthless. there's no way to talk to anyone. As others have mentioned, they never respond to emails,, either. What a bunch of douchebags. Cricut answers the phone, so that's where I'm going.

Poor customer service. No one answers support emails and there is no phone number to contact them. I regret getting their machine.
