Abysmal customer service. The Silhouette Cameo 4 has a known issue. Many units are dying just outside the warranty period. The company is doing nothing to help customers with the issue. You can't even buy the part from them. If you do get an email from customer service it is apparent they are aware of the issue but they aren't willing to do anything to help.

I found a phone number, but before anyone gets excited, it's worthless. there's no way to talk to anyone. As others have mentioned, they never respond to emails,, either. What a bunch of douchebags. Cricut answers the phone, so that's where I'm going.

Poor customer service. No one answers support emails and there is no phone number to contact them. I regret getting their machine.
