We are Volunteers with Operation BBQ Relief from all across the US.... Pa, Texas, Arkansas Military deployed here from Columbia And a local resident volunteering her time in Florida and NC We were brought together because of Hurricane Helene, and choose to spend our last night together at Siera Nevada. Having been here before I knew it was the perfect place to end our time together. We had an absolutely wonderful time and boy did we laugh and eat. But nothing prepares you for how your "work in town" and our desire to support the local businesses affect the workers. Our server, Jeremiah, was the absolute BEST! His gracious way, fun spirit, and on board attitude made for a memorable night together. We love you Jeremiah and hope and pray for your family and community. Thank you for catering to all our requests, and the dealing with our "spicy girl". We plan to reunite and look forward to coming back to visit. And all the food was amazingly delicious..... the Breaded Olives, the Brick oven Pizza (my personal favorite), the fries, the burgers, the wings which were plenty spicy for the majority of us.... Everything was delicious and the memories made will last forever. Thank you!

World-class facility set in beautiful area. Live music in room larger than some concert halls I’ve been to. Back yard is mind blowing. Restaurant is good. Have a beer or two for every palate

Wonderful location from the time we entered the gate, to when we sadly left the grounds. Great service. Beautiful taproom and restaurant. Tasty food, some(or all?) of which was grown on site. Self-guided tour was more fulfilling than some paid and led tours we have done. Awesome experience in itself, and then even more inspiring if you learn all that went into building this incredible place. Outside areas are plentiful and inviting. A must see if you come to the area, maybe the focus of your trip, and then go to see the breweries in town later!

Wonderful experience we had here at Sierra Nevada! It's kinda hard to know where to start! First the building and grounds are beautiful just by themselves. There is a large garden out back that you can walk through. The items harvested from the garden are used in the kitchen and brewery. There are walking paths and a nice amphitheater located in back to. Several covered areas where you can enjoy your beer and/or eats from the "Back Porch" . It offers several beers on tap and a limited menu to order from. If you want there is a indoors restaurant with a larger menu. Which is where we ate. The food was really good! We had two appetizers, the Carolina Caviar and the Pretzel and Beer Cheese, because, why not? It's a brewery after all 😆 Then a Crispy Pork Belly Sandwich and French Fries. I'd definitely recommend a tour. There is a self guided tour, but I'd really recommend the guided one. Not only is everything in the brewing process explained, you get several samples after the tour! And last but not least is the gift shop! Lots of clothing, keychains, stickers and many more items. Your sure to find something you'll like to remember your trip to Sierra Navada!

Probably one of the best breweries I have ever been to. Lots of beers on tapped brewed right onsite. Plenty of space outdoors to spread out and enjoy them. Live music , Adirondack chairs , picnic tables, a fire pit. Kid friendly

Here on a Wednesday noon. No line. Wonderful Staff at bar. Heard about all the things they did to help the community recover with large tanks of water in the parking lot to sponsoring bands that lost their places to play. Once they knew their staff survived and electricity was back ( they have massive solar generation) they opened with 1/2 price food. Sierra Nevada continues to support the community. The spicy shrimp and Brave pizza with ham were excellent. Superfest and Mochci Moushi were great!

Everything was spot on. The food was phenomenal and the Celebration was fresh! While walking around with a beer we were invited into the hops storage room for a cold blast of a dank and zippy aroma. Every visit is a good one.

The facility is amazing, lovely grounds, great places to tuck in for an evening. The amount of the money they have invested into the building, the tours and décor is beyond most offerings in Asheville. The sad part instead of taking advantage of this and making it the premier stop in Asheville they opted for standard bar food. Nothing noteworthy and if beer is not your style you are limited. Given the area and proximity to the airport this would be the most amazing introduction for newcomers. Unfortunately the product is beer and it misses on food.

Stopped in here for a late lunch on a SUN. Had various drinks, pretzel and beer cheese, just fries, shrimp and middlins, audition greens, beer nuts. All the food was so fresh and tasted great.
