I had a breast augmentation in 2019 with Sientra Implants gummy bear silicone, in 2022 I was diagnosed with BIA-ALCL (Breast implant associated- antiplastic large cell lymphoma)…a Diagnosed lymphoma caused by Sientras implants. (Yes this brand causes this too!!) I had the implants removed, and had to pay $11,000 for out of pocket implant removal, thousands of dollars in PET Scans, and biopsies, missed work, it pulled back from so many things in life with the drastic changes, money in fixing my mental health, and the list goes on. After numerous attempts and reach outs, Sientra has been negligent with their communication and responsibility given the matter and I still have not received my compensation. I’ve called 10 times, spoken to the director of warranty (Sean Renken) who has no customer service skills, and provided no assistance and was rather avoidant of the matter. Just proves they don’t take effort into taking care of real life changing situations their devices have caused nor even report the matters to the FDA given how they try to just sweep matters under the rug. Not to mention their compensation is only $7,500.

I had a breast lift + implants done using Sientra Implants in Nov 2021. I am now 6 months post opp and feel great! They look perfect and feel great! I could not be happier and so happy my Dr. uses this brand. No regrets!

I’ve had saline implants for over 10years. They were okay but I had some overall disappointment with my size and how they felt so I got a breast revision from Dr. Hochstein in October 2020. He suggested silicone implants and this is how I was introduced to Sientra. I am very pleased with my new implants. Even if I have more cc’s compared to the original saline implants I had before, the Sientras are lighter and feel much more natural. I don’t feel the ripples I did with the saline. They stay in place, feel more natural and look so much better. I also healed a lot faster and I no longer need those uncomfortable wire bras! What a liberation that was! Looking back I wish I’d done this sooner. Thank you Sientra! I highly recommend these implants to anyone who is considering breast augmentation.
