Good hotel if you want to be in the middle of everything. Not for a quiet stay. I just wonder, since guests here are mostly 40 + they try to be a funky hotel for younger clients. The breakfast buffet is excellent but I don't need loud club music in the morning during breakfast. Rooftop bar is nice but no real style. Could do much better. Gym has a good selection of devices. Staff is very attentive and the overall service is very good. Can recommend this hotel but not for people looking for some quiet time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Siam@Siam Design Hotel Pattaya. Our room had a beautiful view, and the sofa corner was our favorite. Sitting there with the lights off, overlooking the night view, was incredibly relaxing and uplifting. The hotel's dining options also left a great impression on us, from breakfast and afternoon tea to cocktails, everything was flawless. We were especially impressed by Lyn from the dinning team. From the moment we stepped out of the elevator, she greeted us warmly and gave us a detailed introduction to the day's offerings. She was enthusiastic, cheerful, and fluent in both Chinese and English, which added to our overall experience. All in all, we loved our stay at Siam@Siam Design Hotel Pattaya, and we will definitely come back next time we visit Pattaya.

Good location, but rooms could be better. I stayed for a week. The room: My room distinctly smelt like cigarette smoke for the first ~5 days of my stay. As a none-smoker this was very unpleasant. The hotel is rather close to the Marina Mall, which makes buying water or other drinks rather easy, as the water bottles in the hotel rooms are sold for 100 baht for a 100ml bottle (3.38 US fluid ounces). I recommend not using the tap water for tooth brushing. The street was very well heard in the 19th floor's rooms. Energy outages on the rooms occurred about once a day for a couple of minutes. These were on the rooms only though. WiFi, elevators, lobby, hallways etc. still worked. Also didn't seem like city/ district wide outages. Just the rooms. The pool 🏊: Less of a problem but worth mentioning regardless to avoid wrong expectations: Both the rooftop and the gravity lounge pools are not heated. As they're on the 24th and 26th floors, they're pretty cold despite average temperatures of 30°C (86°F), the water temperature was constantly considerably cold. My fellow traveller and I were almost the only people to have used the pool, assumingly because of its temperature. The view from the pool, especially for sunsets, was worthwhile nonetheless.

Absolutely great and friendly staff. Amazing check in experience. Staff even got me a welcome back surprise cake. What else can I say.. just a great hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Good internet connection and TV program selection. Great roof terrace. Already looking forward to my next stay at Siam @ Siam.

Siam Siam: 5-Star Promise, 1-Star Delivery I booked this hotel specifically to enjoy New Year's Eve in Pattaya. While the hotel boasts excellent rooftop bars with stunning views, a great gym, and a prime location for watching the fireworks, my experience was utterly disappointing. Misleading Information and Lack of Communication: Before booking, I checked the hotel website and found no mention of additional costs for NYE celebrations. When I checked in, I was not informed about the need to book access to the rooftop facilities on NYE. On December 30th, I even confirmed with the staff that residents had access to both rooftop bars, and they assured me that we did. Denied Access and Poor Compensation: To my dismay, on New Year's Eve, I was denied access to both rooftop pools at 5:00 PM to watch sunset. Later in the evening, I was told that the rooftop bar was also booking-only. After complaining to management, I was grudgingly only offered a standing table and a glass of prosecco as compensation for not being able to use the facilities I had paid for. Ruined New Year's Eve: After an hour of standing on the rooftop with highly restricted views, I accepted I could not enjoy the fireworks. I instead spent the rest of the night in my hotel room, feeling cheated and frustrated. Conclusion: This hotel's lack of transparency and poor communication ruined my 2024 New Year's Eve experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will share my story with everyone I know.
