Kindly train your billing desk people!!! As we have requested to them very nicely to know regarding the offer The billing desk said that can’t be shared but here is your gift !! What kind of free gift ??? Aren’t we suppose to know the offers and gifts or offer when we buy for certain amount ??? There was no info shared by billing desk!! When we asked her to call supervisor, she said he is not available !!! Ssly there is no one to take care???? Or shoppers stop has degraded their standard??? Kindly train your team !!!
