Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this centrally located property for four days, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The staff, both at the reception and those managing the rooms, were incredibly helpful and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. The rooms are spacious, well-lit, and offer stunning views from the windows, adding to the overall charm of the property. The meals served were absolutely delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and ensuring a delightful dining experience. Overall, I would rate my stay a perfect 5 out of 5. Highly recommended!

Visited the restaurant for dinner and it had a decent ambience and not so crowded on a weekday. Food : The buffet spread is wide with choices from Indian, Asian and Continental cuisine. They had two live counters as part of buffet. We tried the vegetarian dishes and although few dishes were cold, but all dishes were tasty. Service : was completely down, water was not being served upto half way of our meal. Menu was not provided for beverages. Table clearance didn't happen throughout the dinner and we had to keep the plates piled up. I suggest it would be helpful if someone can explain the buffet and live counters since it is widely spread across the restaurant.

They need to take of the Maintenance of the property. The outer lawn area which is accessible by the B Cafe and those table chairs seems not be cleaned . Same issue at the pool area. Birds shit everywhere. As they are getting many corporates and foreign visitors they should take care of the basic cleanliness. As a suggestion please do clean the carpets of the rooms , it stinks!!! Sauna , Steam, Gym and it's trainer, Pool along with 4 restaurants, salon, spa, small souvenirs shop you can access everything inside. House keeping service was excellent. Staffs were polite and eager to help.

I have been staying in this hotel for five days and it surpassed my expectations by far. The rooms are very clean and tidy, they are very modern and also all the facilities are wonderful. I want to especially mention my stay in the Lobby Lounge and their great service. I ordered a Toasted Almond Cappuccino and a Veg Puff. It’s been incredible delicious that I decided to establish it as a routine during my stay ordering it at Mrs Jian and Mrs Rina and these both very doing an excellent service and making me always very welcome with fulfilling all my wishes and even more. Thank you so much for all the great time here. I will for sure book here again and will enjoy another great time with great cappuccino and great hospitality.
