I have been using Sesame Communications for almost 10 years. Great reliable platform for patient communications. Customer Service is always pleasant and quick to solve any inquiries.

I have never been so disappointed in customer service. First off, I was paying for something that I never received (SEO package) and when I attempted to address this I was told they would look in to a credit for my account but then never heard back from billing. I had attempted to reach the web operations manager , Mike Van Fleet, for a month and a half via phone, email, and my henry schein rep. I only ever heard back from him or anyone in the company the day after I put in my request to cancel all services and after I had even followed up while at a conference in Vegas and spoke to a rep at their booth. I have proof of attempting to contact him and was given the narrative that they had been trying to reach out to me, when I offered to send proof I was told that it wasn't necessary. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR ONLINE PRESENCE. I lost significant standing on Google searches and no one gave me any solutions over the course of an entire year.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SESAME COMMUNICATIONS AS A SMALL PRIVATE PRACTICE DENTAL OFFICE. YOU CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE THAT CAN HELP YOU. I HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED AND THEY WANT YOU TO TALK TO HENRY SCHEIN ONE BUT THEN YOU CALL HSO, AND THEY CAN'T HELP YOU. DO NOT GET A WEBSITE WITH THIS COMPANY.

We have worked with Sesame Communications for many years and one thing has never changed - their amazing support their clients! Whenever we need them, they have always been there to provide unparalleled support. It has been a difficult few years for so many businesses and, many times, client support may suffer due to the circumstances. I'm not sure how they managed, but Sesame Communications has never missed a beat and always has friendly and knowledgeable team members there to help. Thank you so much for our partnership!

We've really enjoyed utilizing Sesame over the years. It makes communication with our patients easy and convenient. We recently got a call from a Sesame Rep advising us that we weren't taking advantage of all of their features and patiently explained to us how it can work better for us. We thought that was great customer service, looking out for our best interest. We highly recommend them!

Can't believe Sesame Communications is still in business. I don't recommend anyone doing business with these people. Stay far away if you value your own...
