No paid holidays, no overtime, no COVID or hazard pay, low wages, constant hounding of "productivity" (AKA unpaid labor), etc. Stay away. Was a therapist and in management, they're all about the bottom line. They also tore my team apart and refused to let us sign on with the new company when they lost their contract. Three of us left to a new company to stay together and they are 1,000 times better in every way possible.

Disappointed That I had to rate a one star! I really researched this Co before accepting position! The lack of communication from management is disgusting. They treat employees like they are a dime a dozen. I’ve never been so disappointed in a job position. Really look in to Co prior to starting

I would give them a zero but it isn’t available. They are an inconsiderate company and don’t give a hoot about it’s employees. It’s just the “bottom line”. A lot of poor behaviors go on without consequences even when reported. Therapists are not allowed to make a professional decision to decide if patients are appropriate or not. No 401k matching, no paid holidays, no sick days, no money for CEUs, not even a Christmas card or a “Merry Christmas”. The company is selfish and they “don’t have your back”. No raises, not even a cost of living. And now, they cut person’s wages due to changes in Medicare. The therapists are doing all the work in the field while the upper management makes the money. Did they forget that without the therapists there would be no need for management? Why would any good therapist want to work for such a company with ratings of 1.6 out of 5 Its your choice.

No paid Holidays, HR is nearly impossible to reach. No one is grateful for us risking our lives during a pandemic to help our patients. My w2 was incorrect this year and it took over a month to correct, and only because I was constantly badgering them about it.

This company only cares about money. Utter disrespect and disregard for the basic humanity of their employees. Disgusting, horrible company.
