Inefficient resolutions to simple issues. Every ticket turns into a phone call. Or a promise to visit in person and then show up 3 days later or not all. Gate keep our emails. Gate keep our access. They must make all changes no matter how small, they are the administrators of every little thing. System updates? need an admin. Software updates? Need an admin. And I am not sure why they are not tracking these updates themselves? I know we are limited with resources in SW Colorado but this is ridiculous.

Ryan and Ryan resorted to very sketchy and dishonest behavior when working with the local school district, so unconscionable that they later apologized (halfheartedly). I would not trust them as far as I can throw them. They seem to be the shameless types that will say or do anything to get business. PS - It turns out the school district booted them, the result of over promising and incompetence. Poetic justice.

Over-promised and severely under delivered. Most folks in Durango will agree and tell you the same. As previously stated, they will say anything to get your business. If you leave them, it is the most unprofessional experience.
