Excellent customer experience from the first inquiry through delivery and setup! I needed to set up a new studio location, so I basically needed everything. Rusty & Denny know this business better than anyone I've spoken to. They took the time to really listen to my needs and create a package that was exactly what I needed and within budget. They immediately responded to my MANY questions, made great recommendations, and they provided lots of advice on how to make my business successful. They are a true partner, and I will never work with anyone else. Israel, who handles the local deliveries and setup, was super kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and provided a ton of much needed encouragement for me on this new venture. I so appreciated his great attitude and the pride he took in his job. He also gave me some great advice on marketing, store layout, and different types of events that he felt would work very well in this location. We even discussed some growth strategy. You can absolutely tell that a great customer experience is at the top of their list from the very first conversation. They are exceptional!!

Visited from out of state. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tool, clay, and glaze selection was stellar. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area.

In general the price here are higher than other places. I have inquiry for a clay order and there is a 40% (more) price difference compare to other pottery supplies shop. That's way more than what I would expect. I was hoping this could be a place that I can stop by regularly, and now I would rather take a trip to other places to get my supplies all at once. Hard to support local shops when we are talking about 40% more expensive

They have everything you need! I needed some clay for beggars chicken and the staff were very helpful. In fact they knew of the dish and the exact kind of clay that I needed, redart terracotta.

I have ordered clay and supplies from SPS several times online and I have been very impressed by the quality of their products and the speed with which it was delivered. I live in rural Texas and the closest supplier is in San Antonio. I am so pleased with their service and I am now considering buy a kiln from them as well because they take the time to explain their products in detail online.
