Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa

Went there for the second time. However, their quality has deteriorated drastically! We stayed in a pool and sea facing suite room, room was spacious but lacked hygiene. There was a foul smell in the room when we checked in. After complaining, the room was again cleaned properly. Their pool facility is good, quite a big one. Complementary breakfast was not up to the mark. Most items lacked taste! Plates and glasses are not always properly cleaned. In my stay, there were multiple times when I got plates with food residue sticking on the plate. Also, the water they use for making tea/coffee needs to be changed. Tastes salty, should replace the water with mineral water. Sea pearl has the scope to be one of the most beautiful hotels in Cox’s bazar. Management should be more focused on their quality and service.

I first stayed at Sea Pearl Resort & Spa in 2021, and it was an excellent experience. The resort offers a serene environment, beautiful views, and top-notch facilities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely hospitable. I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxation and luxury during that stay. Last week, I returned to Cox's Bazar but didn't stay at the resort this time. Instead, I spent time at the nearby beach, which was just as beautiful and peaceful as I remembered. I also took the opportunity to ride a speed car along the shore, which was thrilling and fun. The ambiance and natural beauty of the area remain impressive, making it a perfect destination for both adventure and relaxation. Overall, Sea Pearl and its surroundings continue to offer a great escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether staying at the resort or simply enjoying the beach, the experience is always memorable.

Rooms we stayed was very nice with full sea view . Service was good . Only thing they should improve is check in and check out desks . Both had long queues. Very nice swimming pool. .staffs were very helpful,. The resort was fully booked and lot of guest . Internet was extremely slow .

Everything is fine except the staff are not very cooperative and well behaved. And room standards are not actually 5 star as they claim, you can merely call it as a 3 star resort. There was a lack of items in the buffet and the foods were average.

Really disappointed at the service standard. Checking in process was too slow, took about an hour and the hotel staffs didn't maintain the queue. After waiting for so long, we were given a room full of smoking smell. The smell was so strong that we couldn't tolerate it and upon request, they only sprayed some deodorant. They haven't changed the room even after repeated requests (still waiting for a response). Already wasted half of the day and still waiting for a decent room without the smell of smoking. Aweful experience!
