The hotel was better under Royal Tulip Management. They can do better. I thing there interest is in big groups and not individuals. Their buffet resturant service was very poor. If you are small group and on vacation then avoid this hotel.

The ambience was fantastic, with a serene atmosphere and an awesome pool, complete with a pool bar that added a luxurious touch. The proximity to Inani Beach and the adjacent beach, which felt almost private, made the experience even better. The hourly shuttle service to the city is a great feature (though we weren’t aware of it initially). The room was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The resort's four restaurants provided great choices, and the breakfast venue near the infinity pool had a wonderful vibe. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Disliked · The pool bar, while a great addition, lacked a good variety of alcoholic options. Additionally, it would have been helpful if the shuttle service to the city was highlighted more prominently during check-in, as we ended up paying extra for transportation unnecessarily.

It is a very royal hotel. Their service is excellent. They have transportation service. Though there is nothing wrong with them I will suggest them to modernize a little bit more, like giving a smart tv, decorating there beach just like their neighbouring competitors.

Service are very slow, Swimming pool water is so cold, they don't have any arrangement to supply warm water for swimming pool. Very worst feeling because of cold water in winter season. Five star hotel should have warm water. Complimentary breakfast ws delicious. Overall condition location is also good.

Disappointed with the overall experience at this hotel. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, leaving a bad first impression. Upon entering the room, I was met with a list of potential damage charges, which felt more like an accusation than a welcome—a far cry from good hospitality. Basic amenities were poor and I had to keep asking for them to be restocked.The telephone in our room wasn’t working, and we had to request a repair or replacement. Another major issue was the absence of a proper smoking area. Sofas and ashtrays were awkwardly placed near the reception lounge and the main walkway to the swimming pool, making it uncomfortable for both smokers and non-smokers, especially families with children. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, below average quality. The swimming pool tiles were loose and coming off, posing a serious safety hazard for anyone walking or swimming. Their private beach was a letdown, especially since the beach beds are unavailable after 10 PM, which seemed completely unreasonable.For a hotel claiming to provide a luxury experience, it fails in almost every way. The rooms were overpriced and too small, adding to the dissatisfaction.
