I was served by Natasha she had great customer service skills. Absolutely pleased the way she dealt with my issue I was facing with one of the products. She had promised she will get the manager to process the refund and it got done the same day.

Was ignored by at least 3x staff members while waiting in line. Instead they thought it was more important to return items to the shelfs on the store floor then serve the next customer. I walked out without speaking to anyone and went to CEF.....

Quality tools and customer service is on point, i would like to recommend the employee waqas for any tools enquiries, always been supportive to me, whenever am confused about a specific item to buy, he never hesitates to advise me correctly and try to help me to find the right choice, really happy with the supportive customer service at this branch

They have a, separate counter for items ordered online. When you go there awaiting to be served, no one acknowledges your presence and you are stood there looking like a mug!! Not very customer friendly and the few times I was there I could hear staff laughing and joking rather than servicing customers, or at the very least acknowledging your presence and that someone will be with you shortly. Otherwise service is good (once seen to) and transaction is smooth.
