9 Yr + kitchen fluorescent light tube on blink. I knew some details and exact length didn't trust Amazon to deliver such a fragile thing. Called in quick to be served by polite knowledgeable staff identified ideal replacement, and if it didn't fit, just bring back. Soon had product in hand, quick check over and was on my way. Fitted perfectly and is now LED less electric usage. Well happy thank you everyone.

He was honestly the best staff member I have been assisted by in all my visits to your stores as an Electrix customer. Carlos was friendly, extremely patient and extremely helpful and I could see he does his utmost to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff in general are very friendly and professional at this store.

I was served by Natasha she had great customer service skills. Absolutely pleased the way she dealt with my issue I was facing with one of the products. She had promised she will get the manager to process the refund and it got done the same day.

Was ignored by at least 3x staff members while waiting in line. Instead they thought it was more important to return items to the shelfs on the store floor then serve the next customer. I walked out without speaking to anyone and went to CEF.....
