Pathetic service by SBI Credit Card. My wife has been struggling since a year to close her SBI credit card but the customer care is really very bad. A year back they said they can close it only after 6 months and its still not closed. On top of it SBI is levying annual charges on the card. They did not even deliver a new card after expiry more than a year back. Bank Branches say they do not deal with credit card grievances and to call customer care. It took us 20 calls to reach customer care agent and now he is insisting to pay annual charges irrespective of not delivering the new card and not closing the card which was requested a year back. I will request all consumers who are reading this review to not go for SBI credit card if they want a peaceful life.

Seriosuly this SBI card as well as sbi card customer care and this branch dont even deserve 1 star, my mom had taken 10000 limit credit card 3 years ago, now she didnt want it so we paid the remaiing 7140 rs credit and blocked the credit card. after 2 days they sent a new credit card without even askig as well made credit card active and after another 2 days they sent fake 10,126 rs request to pay out of nowhere and that request went back. Now after 9 months the fake request they made idk because of their negligence or app negligence that 10k has incresed to 20k and when my mom went two days ago to this office with full proof of payment history fetched from bank. What these people say is saying apke sath kisine fraud kiya hai and all and fooling my mom by saying by pointing at request which bounced back saying tumlog ne toh paisa nhi bana completly fooling customers. Not only that i have complained to customercare 10 to 20 times from last 3 to 4 months. They have same automated msg which they send totally useless. We also consulted financial lawyer about it, he also said the same thing this is the fault of sbi credit card. Also from last 7 months, their credit card people call everyday and harass my mom, she has been suffering because of their calls they just harass you dhamki sab dekar, talking rudely. Also today our branch manager gave number of one of person name Siddharth who is working here ,she told everything about my mom faced because of their SBI card employee named Geeta who did fraud transaction with us. We went there there was no Siddharth ,he was saying mai apse directly baat nhi kar skta vaha vinod aur vidhi naam ke hai customer service unse baat karo . Turns out that person was of no help they also denying the fault of their employee saying why did u give phone in their hands . Saying they can't do anything and that Siddharth guy said to our branch manager that he guided us he didn't even talk to us they are frauds as well as liars as well. I didn't wanted to take names but this guys were harrassing and literally not helping single bit . And not even that ,the sbi card employee also has police complaint against her for other frauds she did but idk this sbi card is protecting her or something.

Though I am a conscientious user of SBI CARD I am not hesitating writing about their pathetic customer service. Proper Govt firm do not care about their customer. Customer keep chasing them for a resolution for months but all people are sleeping peacefully. They block your card in the name of fraud transaction and even varifying and personally visiting their customer care office with all documents. They need time to varify that you are the rightfull owner of card. Iski topi uske sir wala barabar sarkari scene hai. I am pretty sure ab ye aake bolenge ki write your query on email without checking their emails which are unanswered from their end because that's the way they operate. Unaware, not willing to solve anything.

WORST EXPERIENCE, its been more than 45 days to the application bt still haven't received the card i wanted. Instead of rupay they have delivered visa and now giving various reasons fot the conversion..also giving dates and various reasons everytime & not the card.. even the employees don't have full knowledge. Everytime u have any counter question about the process and the delay, they'll ans saying I'll concern the senior and revert.then senior reverts with new reason and then if u counter question, that person will again ans about concerning their senior and revert back. No one knows anything instead of asking their seniors ..PATHETIC SERVICE..DON'T GO FOR SBI CREDIT CARD.
