SBI Card

Outstanding customers service care and they have very polite behaviour. I don't know why negative comments are put here. Go and visit this office once and don't believe in negative comments. I went for my SBI Elite Credit card application cancellation after eSignform submission done & adress verification also done now it's at final approval and card dispatching stage. I Requested to cancel. I asked about No annual fee type credit card if any then manager said Right now it's not available sir but i will suggest to 500 Rs. Annual fee card to replace with same application number. You will get call soon. Very friendly they listen my request and asked the registered mobile number and seen my details and verified me and declined my Elite card application in front of me. He told me they will call one more time for cancellation confirmation if you said No i don't want this card then it will permanently get cancelled. If 500 Rs card available they will approach me for that also with my wish only i can say No or yes Go and visit 😊 they give the token number at reception wait for your token number calling get solution very easily 👍🏻

Worst service by India’s biggest bank. Asked for credit card closure from 2 month yet they have not closed even after making complete payment and no any pending, Toll free says number doesn’t exist. And payment IVR is get disconnected when entered all correct details. It happened multiple times. I would not recommend any given day henceforth SBI bank card. Rather go for other bank pay little more but they will give you better service than SBI, I Guarantee it. even that single star, they don’t deserve.

I have SBI credit card.since 1 year I am not using this card.and paying EMI monthly, but outstanding balance is not decreasing.same balance its shows. I just want to know where is my monthly EMI AMOUNTS are going. Please let me know dear SBI credit card authorization

First of all you are planning for credit card for visa purpose. I request you to go with other banks who can provide certificate for credit card limit. Pathetic experience no proper service. Walk in office for credit card is only located in Bangalore

Very pathetic customer service, if we ask right questions they say it's company policy. These people looting from the people by setting so useless policies on the vouchers. They charge money instead to compensate and put restrictions on our money while giving vouchers. They bullshit around while giving the credit card, and after we use its all different shit. I'm not at all happy with my queries. it's better to correct ur policies or close credit card service.
