Overall stay was pleasant and very good. Breakfast is also good and lots of varieties. I had a good check in and check out experience supported by Himanshu and Harpreet. I recommend this hotel for stay. I had a joyful experience. Cheers!!!!!

The hotel appeared excellent but they have a basic flaw and that is understanding the hospitality. They gave me room on 3rd floor where they have given rooms to guest of a planned wedding there. They didn’t understand that these are two different type of guest with different activity level. I was awake whole night (till morning 4:30am) because of noise in the corridor which was very high. I made complaint to the receptionist but that wasn’t of much use. In morning when i registered the complain with the management team, they were just sorry. That was not enough. Breakfast was too poor. Not enough choices and extremely poor handling. Getting a sugar free tea was so tough that I waited for 20 mins and then left the place as they didn’t provide. Will never stay again

The hospitality was great, service was really good too. The food was good. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The room was really comfortable and had enough amenities. The location was perfect too as we didn’t face any issues in getting a cab to go anywhere.

We had gone to the property during DIWALI week and stay was excellent. Being in the city, its easy to navigate to anywhere. The hospitality provided is excellent. Stay - 5/5 Food - 5/5 Special thanks for Ms. Harpreet for taking care of our little ones requirements of food and stay. Will surely stay again.
